Great Lakes Cheese is building a $500 million, 486,000 SF state-of the art manufacturing and packaging plant on a 200-acre site in Franklinville, NY to replace their existing facility in Cuba, NY. Union Concrete was awarded the sitework package and has three additional packages pending: driveway turning lane, bollards and site development for wastewater building.
